Hello everyone out there!
This is the first newsletter I have ever written. Much like my promise to write my blog on a weekly basis, the concept of writing a newsletter on a semi regular basis is a new one to me, but I will be trying to do this consistently.
My name is Nick Savage. I am an author, an artist, a tortured soul. I am the author of the Finn Fairlane series, a three book series that follows the misadventures of record producer Finn Fairlane. It takes a hard look at love, life, and having to choose between the life you think you want and the life you know you want.
I am in the process of finishing the third book in The Nation series. The Nation series is a coming of age series in which the young characters have to come to term with their differences and try to find a way to help society accept them for who they really are. A series about vampires, werewolves, and fairies set not in the supernatural, but in today's society. All of these Legendary conditions are based on naturally occurring autoimmune responses that when combined add up to the creatures of legend.
I was scheduled to appear at Dreaming Dirty in Michigan over the past weekend, but since I still am not fully vaccinated and their Covid numbers are spiking, I chose to focus on local events, which were canceled because of the storm we had here.
I will be at the Tampa Indie Authors Book Convention on June 5, from 10 am until 3 pm at DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront3050 North Rocky Point Drive WestTampa, FL 33607
As I said in the opening, I am also an artist. Lately, I have been experimenting with a new style that has gained quite a bit of positive attention here. You can check it out on my Facebook page.
I have been staying busy with several of the local area Farmer's Markets. If you're in the Central Florida area, you should come out and see me and the other amazing small business owners:
Wednesdays from 3 pm until 7 pm at Old Town in Kissimee
Fridays from 10 am until 2 pm at Cagan's Crossing in Clermont
Saturday from 11 am until 3 pm at Margaritaville in Kissimmee
I am working on getting into a few Sunday Farmer's Markets.
I have a few other projects in the works, but until they're more solid, I will keep them hush hush.
I hope that everyone out there in cyberland is doing well.
Until next time...hopefully, I won't forget to keep writing these at least once a month,
Nick
