Been having a problem with spam!?!
I didn't want to send this out yesterday since it sounds like a strange and not-to-funny April Fool's joke, but if this is headed into your spam folder and you still enjoy reading these, do me a huge favor and hit "not spam" on the email in the spam folder. On the other hand, if you no longer find my musings amusing, unsubscribe so I don't get relegated to the bowels of SPAM. The above said, WELCOME!!! Yeah, I all caps that as a huge shoutout to everyone. I have a ton going on over the next three months and so much on my mind that this newsletter may very well be as random as the others, but I'll try to keep it more organized.
UPCOMING RELEASES!!!!
So We Stay Hidden
Book 2 in The West Haven Undead picks up right where book 1, Us of Legendary Gods, left off. For those asking if you need to read book 1 before starting book 2, yes and no. If you are able to infer some backstory from context clues, you'll do okay. However, you'll miss the journey that led to this point and a ton of cool scenes, and awesome characters finding out things about themselves and the world around them ... in other words, a fantastic book will be sitting on the shelf, shouting for you to read it.
So We Stay Hidden is the first of my three upcoming releases and will be available on Kindle, paperback, or hardcover starting April 3rd (tomorrow)! Pick it up anywhere books are sold, or pop on over to my page at the 4 Horsemen Publications website and grab all my books there. Nick Savage – 4 Horsemen Publications (If I did my newsletter properly, you should be able to click that)
If my word alone isn't enough to have you opening a new tab to grab the book, here's a small something to whet the appetite.
Officer Max Espinoza stares at the couple on the couch, looking at their monstrous features. Ken’s ridged nose and fangs. His veiny muscles would make even the most hardcore anabolic steroid user jealous. The patches of thick fur covering his body. Max looks at Tracy and her withered nose, the sunken, thin lips that are cracked. Max studies her scarred skin and beady eyes, her thinned, wispy hair. He looks at her mouth as she tries to work up the will to speak and at her gums, the only teeth she has are her fangs.
But despite all the outward appearances that makes Max perceive the couple as monsters, he notices the despair in their eyes. The look in each of their eyes that shines love and humanity. The look that screams for self-preservation. The look in their eyes that searches for a way out of this situation. A look that, in Max, plants a seed of self-doubt.
The Complete Package
Next up on the release blitz is The Complete Package: The Finn Fairlane Series. Compiling all three of the Fairlane books into one. Grab your copy in paperback or hardcover for the centerpiece of your collection. Releasing May 15th everywhere books are sold (Wait, didn't I just say that?) Of course, my 4 Horseman Page has that as well (see above paragraph!) And, just a little, insight as to why I thought it'd be a great idea to do a compendium, there will be more books coming involving Finn and Faith.
The West Haven Undead
June 3rd, 2023, ends the 1-book-a-mont-for-three-months blitz I will have had going on with the release of the third installment in The West Haven Undead series, The West Haven Undead. Yes, this book and the series share the same name, but it's a fitting name. For anyone wanting a new series in the middle without being lost, pick up in a continuing series, or just want to dive into something that you won't want to put down, The West Haven Undead will be salvation. (I'm not sure what I was going for there. Something fun, but it unraveled) Here's the wonderful blurb to get you excited for it.
A mysterious stranger called Ashby is selling promises of self-empowerment to the town's misguided youth via a mysterious drug which seems to be doing more harm than good. As the death rate rises, Ashby arms himself with lies that could destroy The Nation.
With the adults distracted by their own problems surrounding The Nation, the Legends will have to reach out to the Normals Duncan and Rex to help track down the elusive drug dealer. The team falters, however, as Bri and Duncan's relationship grows stronger; something not lost on Allison, who still struggles with feelings for Bri.
Together, the friends must help Rex through his revelation that West Haven is not as quiet as it seems, stop Ashby, and overcome their own insecurities about who they are before believing the falsehoods they are told.

This will be the second month in a row I have not featured another author in my newsletter, I have not declared war on authors. I have been a little busy and unable to properly line up authors to feature. Don't take it as a sign I don't care about the newsletter, take it as I've been busy writing my next book so you have something way cooler to bring with you on your commute to work or wherever you enjoy a good book. Hopefully, next month I can return to having authors featured.
As always, if you have any questions for me, want to know what makes me tick, or anything else, I can always be reached at Nick@TheAuthorNickSavage.com or at any of my links in my LinkTree https://linktr.ee/theauthornicksavage
The best gifts you can give an author are to leave an honest review and to tell your friends about us. Spread the love and until next month, be good.
